How do I register?
Registration will take place on this website starting on February 15, 2020. Check in for the convention will take place at the Cumberland Ramada on Friday, May 15 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. At that time, you will receive your convention packet which will include a detailed program and your badge which will give you access to the level of meals you have signed up for (if any). If you plan on arriving at a later time on Friday please contact Meg Harris at mctharris@gmail.com who will make arrangements to get your registration materials to you.
Where do I meet for the field trips?
Meeting locations will be marked with posted A, B, C, or D signs in the hotel parking lot.
How should I dress for my field trips?
While we hope for good weather, we may not get it. Be prepared for spring showers. Boots for wet locations are recommended. Sunscreen and bug spray are always a good idea.
