Menu 2023
To assist with your registration decision-making concerning whether or not to include meals, below is the menu for this convention. Gathering at our meals after birding is a great way to share stories about what you saw with your fellow birders.
If you choose all 6 meals and go on an all day trip, a box lunch will be provided to you. It will be a sandwich with chips, fresh whole fruit, and one bottle of water, where sandwich selections are turkey or ham on a kaiser roll.
When registering for the convention, please indicate any dietary constraints such as Vegan or Gluten-free, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
There are three meal options for the convention: 1) No meals, meaning you are on your own for all meals, 2) Dinners only, meaning you are on your own for breakfast and lunch: $80.00/person, and 3) All six meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast and lunch: $157.00/person.
Friday dinner
- Sliced Sirloin with Red Wine Demi-Glace
- Chicken Piccata
- Vegan alternative: Baked stuffed seasonal squash, with roasted red potatoes and mixed herbs

Saturday breakfast
- Scrambled eggs
- Bacon and sausage gravy & biscuits

- An assortment of muffins, bagels or toast with jam, donut holes
- Cut fruit
- Yogurt with granola topping
- Coffee, hot tea and juices
Saturday lunch
- Spaghetti with Meatballs

- Cheese Tortellini with alfredo sauce
- Garden Salad with Dressing

Saturday dinner
- Hand-Cut New York Striploin with Red Wine Demi-Glace
