In 2025, breakfast and lunch will be on your own. Socials and dinners will be hosted in Frederick at these locations:

To assist with your registration decision-making concerning whether or not to include meals, we will add menu information soon. Gathering at our meals after birding is a great way to share stories about what you saw with your fellow birders.

When registering for the convention, please indicate any dietary constraints such as Vegan or Gluten-free, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

There are four meal options for the convention: 1) No meals, meaning you are on your own for Friday and Saturday night, 2) Friday, Sept. 26 only, meaning you are on your own for Saturday night, 3) Saturday, Sept. 27 only, meaning you are on your own for Friday night, and 4) Friday, Sept. 26 and Saturday, Sept. 27 meals.

Friday, Sept. 26, 4:00 – 8:30 pm: Social & Dinner at Monocacy Village Park
