Join us for a fantastic evening of food, fun and conservation success stories at The Arc at Market Street on Saturday at 4:00 pm!

Join us for a delightful evening featuring poster presentations, a social and cash bar, and buffet dinner while mingling with your fellow birders. The highlight of the evening will be an inspiring panel discussion featuring positive bird conservation success stories from right here in the Frederick region! This social and dinner is sponsored by Toler Financial Group.

After your Saturday birding adventures, we invite you to join us at 4:00 pm the Arc at Market Street, located at 555 S Market St, Frederick, MD 21701,

4:00 – 6:00 pm: Social, Posters and Vendors

Starting at 4:00 pm, socialize with your birding friends while learning from our poster presenters and vendors. You can purchase raffle tickets for three gift baskets. The winners will be announced following dinner. MOS will provide complimentary vegetable and fruit plates and light snacks before dinner. Cash bars will be available featuring a selection of beer and wine at a reasonable cost.

6:00 – 7:00 pm: Buffet Dinner

Following a brief welcome and land acknowledgment, we’ll enjoy a buffet dinner prepared by the chef at Arc at Market Street. The cost for the buffet dinner is $40/person. There are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Buffet Menu

  • House Salad
  • Herb Roasted Chicken – marinated chicken breast with fresh herbs and spices
    • the chicken is gluten-free
  • Tuscany Pasta – penne pasta, garlic, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cannellini beans, spinach in a light blush sauce
    • the pasta is vegetarian and can become vegan with the omission of cream and parmesan cheese on the side
  • Vegetable medley
  • Roasted potatoes
  • House-made Italian bread and butter
  • Assorted dessert bars
  • Iced tea, water, and coffee

7:00 – 8:30 pm: Panel Presentation

For our 7:00 pm panel discussion, we’re bringing together local experts to share inspiring tales of bird conservation successes and new initiatives in the Frederick region. Panelists include:
