Vendors & Exhibitors

Vendor sign-up is open and closes November 8, 2024.  

In between field trips at the MOS Convention, walk through our vendor & exhibitor area where you will find businesses and organizations that will provide various birding-related products and services.

The cost for one table and two chairs is $40.  The venue is charging additional money for the following items:

  • Additional Electrical Outlet (110 Volt): $20/outlet
  • Tri-Pod Easel: $25/each
  • 25” TV Monitor: $40/each
  • Dry Erase Board: $15/each
  • Extension Cord: $15/each
  • Labor- Storage of Boxes: $15/box/day
