Vendors & Exhibitors 2025

Vendor registration has closed.

These vendors will join us from 4:00 – 6:00 pm on Saturday, Sept. 27 at the Arc of Frederick:

Vendor sign-ups close on September 1, 2025.  

On Saturday, Sept. 27 at the social and dinner at the Arc of Frederick, we welcome businesses and organizations to set up tables with various birding-related products and services. Set up begins at 3:00 pm, and the social runs from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Tables must be taken down no later than 6:30 pm.

The cost for one table and two chairs is $20. Outlets will be available, but you must bring your own extension cords.
