Vendors & Exhibitors

Vendor sign-ups will open soon.

On Friday, May 15 and Saturday, May 16, we welcome businesses and organizations to set up tables with various birding-related products and services during our wine & cheese socials. Set up begins at 3:00 pm, and the socials run from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. Tables must be taken down no later than ___________.

The cost for one table and two chairs is $40.00 for a commercial vendor and $20.00 for a non-profit organization. Outlets will be available, but you must bring your own extension cords.

If you wish to become a 2026 vendor, please use this secure registration link. In the Purpose of Payment box, please type in “2026 MOS Convention vendor.” In the Amount paid box, please type in “40.00” if you are a commercial vendor and “20.00” if you are a non-profit organization.
